Pretty Baked Cakes is a small, considered studio creating bespoke cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and scones for the moments that matter. Every piece is sculpted, piped and finished by hand — a quiet obsession with detail.
The Founder
Refined craft, warm hands.
Pretty Baked began in a home kitchen in Florida Park — a single oven, a very tall stack of cookbooks, and an obsession with Italian buttercream. A decade later, our studio crafts hundreds of bespoke cakes a year for weddings, birthdays, milestones and quiet moments alike.
Our work is informed by classical French pâtisserie technique and softened by a distinctly Johannesburg warmth. Each cake is designed in conversation with you — never duplicated, never on a template.
